Freiburgs kirchenmusikalische Tradition des 18. Jahrhunderts ist reich an kompositorischen Kostbarkeiten. Als versierter Kenner der umfangreichen Quellen hat Raimund Hug ein repräsentatives Programm zusammengestellt, das Zeugnis gibt von einer lebendigen Musikpraxis in den Kirchen Freiburgs jener Zeit. Viele Werke sind erstmals wieder zu hören!

The church music tradition of Freiburg during the 18th century is full of wonderful treasures. And Raimund Hug, who is second to none in his knowledge of this repertory, has put together a representative program that allows us to once again experience the musical life of Freiburg’s churches during that time. Many of the works can be heard for the first time once again!
