Tudobem*: J. v. G. goes Brazil: the first Factory to be shipped shortly
Brazil: the land of soccer, sun, endless beaches and, soon, solar plants built with German know-how. It’s already underway. In fact, four containers have been loaded with cargo to deliver the first J. v. G. solar plant to Brazil.
Experts from the Bavarian solar manufacturer are currently packing all of the machines so that they can be shipped by sea in the next few days. They will travel to Recife, where the machines will be loaded onto trucks in the customs area for shipping across another 150 kilometers of land.

Successful Inspection of the INMETRO certificates for J. v. G.
Along their partner, Octogon Solar, J.v.G. Thoma GmbH recently earned the INMETRO certificate in Brazil, which is issued by the German examination institute. This is still in the process of being confirmed by the National Instituteof Metrology Standardization and Industrial Quality in Brazil. Freystadt/Oberpfalz – Und wieder ein „Startschuss“ bei J.v.G. Thoma: Die so genannten Desert Module werden nun in Massenproduktion gefertigt. Im letzten Quartal 2012 war die Serienverfügbarkeit gegeben. Nun werden die Module bereits in mehrere für diesen Modultyp geradezu prädestinierte Länder ausgeliefert: Und zwar nach Ägypten, Marokko, Sri Lanka, Indien und in die Türkei. J.v.G. Thoma GmbH – DESERT Solar Systems, and Renovasol from BRAZIL have entered into an agreement for a long term partnership for the Brazilian market. In a first step Thoma will deliver a turnkey production line with 70 MW capacity and one year later it is intended to install another 70 MW capacity production line.
