Das Portfolio mit dem Risiko-/Renditeprofil Core+ bis Value Add verfügt über eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 42.000 qm und zeichnet sich durch erhebliches Wertsteigerungspotenzial und gute Objektlagen in Düsseldorf, Neuss, Essen und Mülheim a.d. Ruhr aus. Verkäufer der Immobilien sind mehrere Fonds eines institutionellen Investment Managers. WOLLENBERG fungiert in der Transaktion und dem anschließenden Management der Immobilien als Investment Manager und Co-Investor.

WOLLENBERG Investment Management GmbH and a fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners LLP form Joint-Venture and acquire office portfolio consisting of 7 properties in an initial transaction. The subject portfolio follows a Core+ to Value Add risk-/return profile and has a total lettable area of ca. 42.000 sqm with properties characterized by significant value enhancement potential and good micro locations in Dusseldorf, Neuss, Essen and Mülheim a.d. Ruhr. Vendor of the properties are several funds of an institutional top tier investment manager. In this transaction and throughout the holding period, WOLLENBERG acts as Investment Manager and Co-Investor.
