The European Institute for Innovation – Technology (EIfI-TECH) has extensive experience in coordinating, and implementing transnational cooperation projects focused on regional development, energy transition, digital transformation, and capacity-building for public institutions. Across multiple EU funding programmes, including Interreg Europe, Interreg Central Europe, the Interreg Danube Region Programme, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and LIFE CET, EIfI-TECH has worked consistently with municipalities, regional agencies, chambers, universities, and SMEs to support the development of sustainable, innovation-driven, and economically viable transition pathways.
In addition, EIfI-TECH has established a robust profile in policy facilitation, and strategic governance support, working with public authorities, private companies, and sector networks to translate pilot results into structured regional strategies, and sustainable long-term implementation models. This includes convening multi-stakeholder dialogues, developing policy recommendations, and supporting public and private partners in aligning local strategies with regional, national, and EU priorities — an important dimension for ensuring the capitalisation and durability of project outcomes.
Taken together, EIfI-TECH’s portfolio demonstrates a consistent capacity to connect technological expertise, financial advisory, digital transformation, and governance support in the context of the European green transition. The organisation is therefore well-positioned to contribute to the proposal by providing methodological as well as communicational leadership, technical advisory experience, digital platform development, and cross-border coordination to ensure that project activities lead to practical, scalable and policy-aligned outcomes across the participating partners.
In recent years, their expertise has gained in international standardization of safety measures and standard protocols through international collaboration and publications in this field.
