Originally a trained musician, Christof Belka studied International Business and Cultural Studies at the University of Passau. Worked at the New York City Opera (VOX 2002 with Mark Adamo) and from 2003 to 2005 as Personal Assistant to Robert Wilson (including at the Comédie-Française, LA Opera, Opéra-Bastille, Berliner Staatsoper, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Barbican Theatre and Esplanade Theatre Singapur). Press Officer at Thomas Ostermeier's Schaubühne Berlin from 20062009. As of the season 2009/10, he will be Executive Producer at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden with Wilfried Schulz.

Carena Brenner studied Audiovisual Communication in Santiago de Chile and Applied Cultural Studies at the University of Lüneburg. She is doing her PhD in Cultural Theory. Worked at the Goethe-Institut Santiago de Chile and Melbourne/Australia, for the Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) in Hamburg and for several Public Relation agencies and cultural projects. She is currently working as Production Manager for music/theatre projects.
