ANA to Dissolve Two Consolidated Subsidiary Companies. TOKYO August 5, 2005 ANA (All Nippon Airways TSE: 9202) will dissolve Grand Avenue Hotel Investment, Inc and The FLT 1&2, Inc, both wholly owned subsidiaries of ANA Hotel & Resorts (USA) Inc, itself a wholly subsidiary of ANA. ANA has ceased hotel sales operations in the United States, therefore both companies no longer fulfill any function, and ANA does not intend to use them for any other purpose. ANA Orders Fourth Boeing 767 Freighter a further move to strengthen cargo business TOKYO July 29, 2005 Today the ANA Board of Directors approved the purchase of a fourth Boeing 767-300F freighter aircraft, in a move to strengthen ANA´s cargo business. ANA took delivery of it first 767-300F in September 2002, and has two further on order for delivery by the end of January 2006. ANA to Sell Share in Nippon Cargo Airlines to NYK ~ ANA to Concentrate on Developing Own Cargo Business ~ TOKYO July 12, 2005 ANA will sell its 27.6% share in Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) to fellow major shareholder, global logistics company Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK).
