ANA to Dissolve Two Consolidated Subsidiary Companies.
TOKYO August 5, 2005 ANA (All Nippon Airways TSE: 9202) will dissolve Grand Avenue Hotel Investment, Inc and The FLT 1&2, Inc, both wholly owned subsidiaries of ANA Hotel & Resorts (USA) Inc, itself a wholly subsidiary of ANA.
ANA has ceased hotel sales operations in the United States, therefore both companies no longer fulfill any function, and ANA does not intend to use them for any other purpose. Dissolution is scheduled to take place by the end of August 2005.

ANA Orders Fourth Boeing 767 Freighter

TOKYO July 29, 2005 Today the ANA Board of Directors approved the purchase of a fourth Boeing 767-300F freighter aircraft, in a move to strengthen ANA´s cargo business.

TOKYO July 12, 2005 ANA will sell its 27.6% share in Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) to fellow major shareholder, global logistics company Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK). Both companies currently hold equal shares in the cargo airline, and wish to pursue separate strategies in the growing cargo market in the future. NCA will become a consolidated subsidiary of NYK.
