München, August 2015: Als deutscher Kernpartner der Responsible Skills Alliance für das nachhaltige Management kleiner Hotels und Restaurants (RESPONS), wird Euproma
die Hauptergebnisse des Respons Projekts vorstellen, das “Handbuch über das sozial verantwortungsvolle Management kleiner Hotels und Restaurants” und die Manager-Anleitung für nachhaltige Geschäftspraktiken”. Die Europäische Konferenz für verantwortungsvolle Fertigkeiten im Gastgewerbe wird die Hauptrepräsentanten des HOGA Sektors und EU Entscheidungsträger aus Spanien und anderen europäischen Ländern zusammenbringen. Sie findet am 15. Oktober 2015 in Cugat del Vallès statt.
Das RESPONS Projekt erstellte Europäische Qualifikations-Rahmenwerke für die Berufe “Hotel Manager” und “Restaurant Manager” und das e-Handbuch für das sozial verantwortungsvolle Management kleiner Hotels und Restaurants.
