Starting high volume production – fully automated and in a reliable process – permitted by transfluid® with t motion. As the solution for tubes offers the German specialists fully developed concepts in the pipe forming and pipe bending technology.
For its automation systems transfluid® uses established tube bending and tube forming technology, and complements processes highly efficiently with storage and loading systems, parts feeders or complete handling - linear or a robot.
Depending on requirements, the systems for tube processing are equipped with marking devices, weld detection, leak testing, soldering and welding equipment, autofrettage and optical control devices.
transfluid® designs complete production cells including layout design, the utilization of the machine components and the optimum material flow – for perfect tube machining processes.
