(openPR) The clear autumn air and the beautiful colours of nature are the perfect conditions to go out and do the running training. The right clothing is essential - but what is the best to wear if the temperatures slightly above 0 degrees? The onion look is the perfect method.
As the name suggests, the layers of the onion in our case mean different pieces of cloths laying on each other. As a runner you should invest in proper running clothes, because a thick jacket or even a cotton sweater is totally inappropriate. It keeps you warm, but there is nothing worse than a wet sticky substance on the skin. As a basis, we can recommend a light shirt or vest which is breathable.If the temperatures is icy, a specific functional and tight underwear is recommended There must be enough space between the lower and upper layer, with the body temperature can be adequately regulated.
