Every hour in the United States 22 children are harmed due to motor vehicle crashes. The highest percentage of fatalities among young pedestrians occurs during dark hours between 4:00 p.m. and midnight (as stated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 2008).

Endorsed by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, the wagalum will be presented to the world public at the shared booth for “young, innovative enterprises” (Hall 10.1, D71).
