        <description><![CDATA[ Berlin, Germany, Beirut, Lebanon, and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Thursday 19th April 2007 - TELES, the German VoIP and Next Generation Networks telecoms solutions provider, announced today that it has formed a partnership with Lebanese IP-centric voice and data solutions provider Vanrise Solutions to provide a complete carrier-grade NGN-based IP/TDM turnkey voice solution in the Middle East.
